Carol Barr founded Caring from the Heart LLC with a passion for connecting individuals and families with compassionate, dependable care.

With frontline experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA), Carol understands firsthand what quality care looks like. Her experience caring for patients taught her the importance of compassion, reliability, professionalism, and treating every person with dignity and respect.

Combining her caregiving experience with her business and operational knowledge, Carol created Caring from the Heart LLC to help bridge the gap between qualified caregivers and the families and organizations that need dependable care.
